1) Select your protection level and get pricing.

Use our calculator to determine whether to use enclosed (premium protection) or open carrier (best value). Do you need a pickup as soon as possible? For a personalized expedited plan and live capacity, give us a call. (Expedited is only available by phone so we can confirm that a truck is in your lane.)

2) We coordinate with the seller/dealer/auction

Your advisor verifies any yard or gate requirements, contact hours, and release authorization. To ensure the driver loads precisely what you ordered, we ask for pictures and confirm what is included (keys, spares, accessories).

3) Paperwork checks that protect you

We give you advice on:

• Procedures for title and bill of sale (managed by the dealer in many states; state DMVs have different regulations for private sales).
• Odometer disclosure requirements at ownership transfer (federal rule; disclosure is typically required for the first 20 years starting in MY2011+).
• Prior to pickup, vehicle history lookups (NMVTIS) are used to verify salvage/theft records and title brands.

4) Documentation upon pickup

After your carrier reviews the condition and takes pictures, both parties sign the Bill of Lading (BOL), which serves as your proof of custody and pickup condition. For your records, preserve your photos and copies of your BOL.

5) In transit and delivery

We share ETAs and arrange access at your address or a nearby safe, legal spot if your street is congested or restricted. Most long-haul drivers travel between 500 and 700 miles per day. Before signing, you'll take one last look around at drop-off and make any notes on the BOL. (This is how the industry documents claims.)
