There is minimal opportunity for speculation due to retail schedules, auction windows, and recon timelines. Carriers who understand yard regulations, maintain active authority and insurance, and adhere to federal Hours of Service are essential for your loads. Wimple Auto Transport has the carrier network and technology necessary to move your cars for your auto auction business quickly and effectively.

To obtain release documents, we collaborate closely with your buyer or title clerk.
To ensure a clean pickup on the first try, provide the buyer's mobile number, the lot's address, and any hold or arbitration notes.
Insurance and carrier authority. Carriers with active USDOT and MC authority are assigned by us. The FMCSA SAFER and Licensing and Insurance databases contain information that you can verify.
Photographic Bill of Lading. At pickup and delivery, drivers record the condition. Additionally, save your own images for quick exception handling.
Disclosure of the odometer. Starting with Model Year 2011, disclosures are required by federal regulations for the majority of transfers for the first 20 years. The previous 10-year rule applies to models manufactured after 2010.
Context of the FTC Used Car Rule. Dealers are required to adhere to the rules and post a Buyers Guide on used cars that are up for sale. These responsibilities are not replaced by transportation.
Checks of the title history. When purchasing outside of your usual network, NMVTIS reports can help you find theft or salvage records and title brands prior to release.
Provide the trailer type, earliest release dates, pickup and delivery locations, VIN list or unit count, and any non-operational notes. We offer multi-unit and multi-stop options along with all-inclusive pricing for both enclosed and open.
We assign the job to a carrier who has already been screened and is in your lane. A pickup ETA based on legal drive windows is provided, along with the carrier name, USDOT, and MC.
For the driver to pick up promptly and avoid storage costs, your team uploads the yard instructions and the Manheim or ADESA gate pass.
Before departing the yard, the driver takes pictures of every unit, fills out the Bill of Lading, and records any exceptions.
Weather, multi-stop sequencing, routing, and hours of service are all reflected in our updates. This maintains the timeliness of store-to-store transfers and customer appointments.
Delivery can be made to your store, the recon center, the customer's driveway, or, if access is restricted, a nearby secure location. The BOL is signed and photos are added by the receiving party.
The majority of deliveries follow these schedules after pickup:

Require a single retail delivery or a truckload of store transfers. We adjust to your volume. For better per unit economics, load a full 7 to 10 car carrier, split a mixed open and enclosed manifest, or book a single VIN. It supports store-to-store transfers, auction-to-store transfers, and multi-stop routing. Your advisor organizes gate passes, verifies entry, and maintains accurate Bill of Lading and photo records for each unit.

All of the quotes are inclusive and simple to compare. No hidden costs or up-front payments. We lock an ETA that complies with federal Hours of Service regulations for a practical schedule after rates take into account lane demand, equipment, and timing. At both ends, you receive carrier identifiers, a photo-verified Bill of Lading, and proof of insurance. Building trust with your team and customers is facilitated by transparent pricing and documented delivery.

Your inventory follows the schedule set by the retailer. We schedule appointment windows for home delivery or store intake, give priority to trucks already in your lane, and provide expedited pickup when time is of the essence. Advisors maintain your schedule from dispatch to the driveway, offer proactive updates via text or phone, and recommend truck-friendly meet locations when access is restricted.
