About Wimple Auto Transport
Wimple Auto Transport transports automobiles with consideration, lucidity, and regular correspondence. The business started out as a small operation in Texas, helping people and companies who needed a trustworthy partner to arrange both enclosed and open transportation across the US. The objective was clear from the start. Make auto shipping simple to comprehend, fulfill commitments, and update each client from the point of dispatch to the point of delivery.

What we do
For sedans, SUVs, pickups, classics, exotics, and electric vehicles, Wimple arranges door-to-door auto transport. Single vehicles, multiple car moves, and ongoing fleet programs are all covered by the service. A dedicated coordinator, digital documentation, and photo-backed inspections are included with every shipment so you are always aware of what is happening and why.

How we work, step by step
1. Organizing and quoting
You provide the year, make, model, or VIN, timing, and the addresses for pickup and delivery. We use actual market data to determine lane prices, taking into account factors like trailer capacity, fuel prices, seasonality, and your window of flexibility. You see the price, what's included, and what could cost more, like a car that isn't running or a vehicle with low ground clearance.
2. Booking and dispatch
Following your approval, we designate a verified carrier who fits your schedule, equipment requirements, and route. You get the carrier’s MC and COI details on request, plus pickup expectations and contact information.
3. Pickup day
The driver conducts a visual examination and takes pictures to document the condition on a Bill of Lading. You or your designated contact sign to deliver the keys and attest to the noted condition. We manage gate passes and timing for auction releases during the designated hours.
4. In transit
Proactive status updates are sent to you via email or text. Your coordinator gives you an updated ETA and options in the event that weather or road closures cause the schedule to change.
5. Delivery
Before handoff, a second, photo-based inspection is finished. The Bill of Lading lists any exceptions. We immediately walk you through the next steps if something needs attention.
What makes Wimple different

Clear pricing logic
You can observe how the rate is influenced by timing, trailer type, demand, and distance. After a driver is assigned, no unexpected add-ons show up.

Auction experience that prevents delays
We frequently handle pickups from Copart, IAA, Manheim, ADESA, and America's Auto Auction. This calls for coordination during auction hours to prevent storage, proper releases, and the appropriate equipment for units that aren't working.

Communication that reduces friction
From quote to delivery, a single coordinator handles your order. You don't have to ask for updates.
Pricing and payment, explained
The cost of auto transport is subject to change. Lanes with consistent capacity are priced differently than those with greater demand or less equipment. Because it allows us to match your vehicle to an existing route, flexibility in pickup and delivery windows can lower costs. Compared to open carriers, enclosed transport is more expensive but protects valuable vehicles. A winch, forklift, or additional time on the trailer may be necessary for vehicles that are not operable. Payment options include paying in full before pickup for a single receipt or making a deposit at dispatch with the remaining amount due upon delivery.

Coverage and timelines
Once picked up, most cross-country moves take seven to ten days. Regional routes that are shorter typically take two to four days to complete. Timelines may be impacted by traffic, weather, and route restrictions. Prior to pickup, your coordinator will establish expectations and keep you informed if anything changes.
Who we serve

EV and specialty vehicle handling
Planning is necessary for electric vehicles' low clearance, transport mode, and battery charge. We verify the best loading practices, charger requirements, and tow hook locations. Certain ramps or trailer types may be needed for vehicles with aero kits, lowered cars, and lifted trucks. By exchanging information up front, we can assign the appropriate equipment.
Insurance and claims
Carriers offer liability and cargo insurance. It safeguards the car itself while it is being transported. Personal belongings within the car are not covered. Before signing, make a note of any delivery-related issues on the Bill of Lading and take pictures. To help with documentation and next steps, get in touch with your coordinator as soon as possible.
Our promise
Each client receives comprehensive documentation, considerate communication, and transparent pricing. We take responsibility for any problems that arise and will collaborate with you to find a solution.
Reviews and feedback
Our process is shaped by your input. After delivery you will receive a brief follow up that confirms condition and invites a review. Since they aid in team coaching and future service improvement, photos are welcome.
