Do you guarantee pickup and delivery dates?

Dates of pickup and delivery are approximations and cannot be guaranteed. Weather, traffic, mechanical issues, and other customers' schedules are some of the variables that affect auto transport. Wimple keeps you updated at every stage of the process with realistic timelines and frequent updates.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Before a carrier is assigned, you have the option to cancel your shipment at any moment. Depending on when you cancel, you will either receive a full or partial refund. There might be a small service charge after a carrier is sent out. To expedite the processing of your request, please get in touch with our support team directly to cancel.

What happens if I am not available at pickup or delivery?

Notify Wimple right away if you or your contact are unable to be present. You can give someone permission to release or accept the car on your behalf. There might be a rescheduling or storage fee if no one is available and the carrier has to return later.

What if my vehicle is damaged during transport?

Before signing at delivery, make a note of any damage on the Bill of Lading, take pictures, and get in touch with Wimple right away. We will help you file a claim with the carrier's insurance company. All of the carriers we deal with have liability and cargo insurance, which covers damage that occurs during transit.

Yes. Whenever possible, Wimple offers door-to-door transportation. The driver will meet you at a safe, open location nearby if the carrier's truck is unable to reach your exact address because of space or legal restrictions.
