Contacting Wimple support or your designated carrier will allow you to track your shipment. While driving, the driver can give the most precise location updates. Additionally, our staff keeps an eye on shipments and can provide you with delivery updates or estimated arrival times at any time while they are in transit.

When will I hear from my driver?

To confirm information and timing, the driver or dispatch office will get in touch with you a few hours prior to pickup and again prior to delivery. Once the routing is finalized, the driver will coordinate the precise schedule if your pickup date is flexible.

After I place my order, when will I hear from you?

Accepted Answer

Wimple Auto Transport will send you a confirmation as soon as your order is placed. Once a carrier has been assigned to your shipment, we will let you know once more. In that update, you will receive the name, phone number, insurance information, and anticipated date of pickup for the carrier.

I placed my order a month ago and haven't heard from you yet?

Because it is too early for scheduling, we might not have assigned a carrier if you booked a shipment more than 30 days prior to your first available date. Five to ten days prior to the available date, the majority of carriers confirm pickups. If you need to change your dates or check the current status, you can get in touch with Wimple support at any time.
