Yes. At the time of booking, you can use a credit or debit card to cover the full cost of shipping. Due to convenience and the ability to keep a single payment history, many clients favor this.

What payment methods do you accept?

We take cash, cashier's checks, money orders, credit cards, debit cards, and electronic bank payments. The driver will let you know which forms of payment are accepted for the delivery balance.

Can I get a copy of my receipt or invoice?

Yes. A digital receipt and invoice are emailed with every order. If you require a detailed invoice or another copy for your records or business needs, get in touch with Wimple support at any time.

Do you charge any hidden fees?

No, insurance, mileage, and regular delivery costs are all included in Wimple Auto Transport quotes. No last-minute fees or hidden fees are applied after the reservation.

Before your car is shipped, get in touch with Wimple if you need to modify your billing or payment information. Our billing team must review updates after a carrier is assigned to guarantee correct processing.

You might be eligible for a full or partial refund if your shipment hasn't been assigned to a carrier yet. There might be a small service charge for cancellations or delays after a carrier has been dispatched. You will receive complete transaction documentation, and refunds are processed promptly.
