How can it be hard picking up from any Auction? Let's say that yes, it can be very tough to pick up from auctions sometimes. Today, I would like to share with you the whole process to make it very easy and basic for you. I will go forward with three main ones: CoPart, Manheim, and IAA.

First things first, at the beginning of the transportation from the auctions, the first thing that has to be checked is the payment status of the car. If the car is not yet paid for, you can't even reach the car, even if you have all the necessary paperwork. After the payment status is made clear, you will need some documents and specific information for the pick up, as I mentioned above, which are the gate pass, gate pass pin, lot number, stock number, and buyer number. Those information needs can change based on the auctions from which the cars are picked up.

From CoPart, pick-ups are divided into two different types: owner-retains or new purchases.
Owner-retain means that the owner of the car tried to sell it and couldnt so they just want to take it back from the CoPart. In addition, sometimes owners who are lien holders of the cars are working with CoPart, like securing the vehicle at their yard after the repossession. This type of picking up usually only need lot number and the full VIN of the car, with the account name on CoPart. No need for an appointment or any other documents, but sometimes, especially for CoPart sublots, notes, or a call confirmation from the CoPart representative are required; otherwise, they don't release the vehicle. On the other hand, new purchases from CoPart just require a Gate Pass Pin, lot number to schedule an appointment. Therefore, if the car is wrecked or needs to be loaded with a forklift, they do it for you on-site. And the final thing for CoPart part titles are always mailed to the seller or the buyer unless they don't want them to be given at the pick up of the car.

The Manheim pick-ups are always like a book guide. If you have your gate pass and there is no specific pick-up time on it, you can go and pick up from Manheim right away. The only thing you need to know is to collaborate with the office of Manheim at the lot to make sure the car is in the right spot, because they always move cars a lot since they have huge daily circulation. If you don't want to disappear while searching for it, keep in mind. And the final thing for manheim they don't need an appointment for pick up.

IAA is also one of the most common auctions that we pick up from. They always ask for the buyer and stock number for sure, and just the newly released PIN. They don't ask for an appointment, but they close the entry half an hour before closing time for pick up. IAA sometimes releases the title inside the car and mostly mails it to the buyer to avoid any confusion. Checking the title status with the auction office would be the perfect win.

All in all, as we are Wimple, we are working on all kinds of auctions with very complex needs. Every experience that we gained from those complex situations is making us stronger and better problem solvers in the end, and it produces a quality of empathy. We would like to consider all your concerns and priorities to give you a service as perfect as possible. All of those auctions offer you their transport service, and what we offer is reliability and a high-quality service at a much more affordable price than theirs.
